これまで馴染みのなかった英国の古着文化に触れ、リメイクの新たな可能性を見出しました。
伝統的なテーラリングを崩しより柔らかく仕立て直す。
芸術や街並みから得た印象をカラーパレットに落とし込み、クラシックなテキスタイルを新素材で表現。
機能性を融合させたコレクションを展開いたします。
・Dickiesが50ー70年代に展開していたデニムのディテールを融合し、現代的に再構築。
・ロック始末を施した縫製、簡易的に縫われたサイドアジャスター、シームレスな後身頃など、ワークウエアの簡素化されたディテールを踏襲。
肩のステッチが肌に当たらないように肩線を前倒しにデザイン。
2枚袖仕様の立体的なスリーブ。
通常より幅広に設定した前立ての裏地は、オンスの薄いデニム地を使用。
ポケットはステッチをアレンジし、シルバーのシンプルなドットボタンを採用。
ディッキーズの織りネームをサイドに配置。
共地の襟吊りを付属。
・着丈は短め、身幅を広めに設定したボックスシルエット。

This season explores that delicate balance presenting a modern perspective.Designer Daisuke Obana visited the UK for the first time since 2018 where he encountered numerous remade garments coexisting with traditional British pieces. Experiencing the country's vintage culture - something previously unfamiliar to him - led to a newfound appreciation for the potential of remaking. Traditional tailoring is deconstructed and reassembled with a softer approach. Impressions drawn from art and cityscapes translate into the color palette while classic textiles are reimagined using innovative materials. The collection integrates functionality presenting a fresh take on tradition.・A contemporary reinterpretation that fuses denim details from Dickies’ designs from the 1950s to the 1970s. ・Retains the simplified details characteristic of workwear such as overlock-stitched seams minimally sewn side adjusters and a seamless back panel. The shoulder seam is shifted forward to prevent stitching from touching the skin. Features a two-piece sleeve construction for a structured three-dimensional shape. The inner placket is made of lightweight denim for contrast. The pocket stitching is reworked complemented by simple silver dot buttons.
